    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: PECK, SWEET Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/HBRBAIB/1120.2.3.1 Message Board Post: Thanks for looking up the info on Lovina Sweet Peck. She is very confusing. Her death certif. says she died in Oxford, NY on 2/28/1911 and that her place of burial was Burlington Flats, NY (on 3/3/1911). There is a gravestone for her in Deming Cemetery in Edmeston, next to Alvin Peck's. Her birthyear on the gravestone(1849) conflicts with that on her death certificate (2/16/1838); but there is also a similar conflict on Alvin Peck's stone (1837 v. 1829). Following is the info on her death certif. NYS Death Certif. no. 6379 (1911). Place of death: Chenango, Oxford, Reg. no. 185; Name: Lovina Peck; female, white, widowed; Date of birth: February 16, 1838; Age 73y 0m 12d; Occupation: housewife; Birthplace: Hartwick, Otsego Co, N.Y.; Father: Frank Sweet; Birthplace of father: N.Y. State; Mother: Mary Sweet; Birthplace of mother: Michigan; Informant: Lovina Peck, Oxford, NY; Date of death: February 28, 1911; Cause: Broncho-Pneumonia; Contributory: cerebral appoplexy; Length of residence at place of death: 14 days; In the State: 73y 0m 12d; Former or usual residence: Edmeston, NY; Place of burial or removal: Burlington Flats; Date of burial: Mch3, 1911; Undertaker: Brown & Seymour, Oxford; Burial or Transit Permit issued by Wm.
