He was born in Oklahoma somewhere in the mid to late 1940's to the early 1950"s. I know both of his parents are deceased. He lives in Panama City, Bay County, Florida area. He does have siblings that live in this area now also. He does not associated with me, so I have NO WAY of being able to research my history. I am very curious to get the information, but I have no where to really start.
