Sweet, 73, resident of Santa Ana for the past 23 years, died at her home, 411 North Shelton street, yesterday following an extended illness. She is survived by her husband, Lucien A. Sweet; four sons, Clyde R. Sweet, of Santa Rosa, James S. Sweet, of Santa Ana, and Byron A. Sweet and Lucien G. Sweet, of Escondido; four daughters, Mrs. Mabel Pearl Mowery, of Los Angeles, Mrs. Wallace Bingham, of Spokane, Washington, Mrs. Jess Juhl and Mrs. Fred McNeal, of Los Angeles; three brothers, George Churchyard, of Detroit, Mich., Henry Churchyard, of Greenacres, Washington and Fred Churchyard, of Fairmont, Minn., and 10 grandchildren.
