She married Alexander Hamilton Lapham about 1812 in Dutchess County and had four children. The family moved to Marietta, Ohio ca. 1818 and Polly and Hamilton were divorced in 1819. She married Joseph Morris, Sr. in 1827 and had two sons by him. She died in 1858. The family was said to be Quaker. Who were Polly's parents? Grandparents? Siblings? Is there a record of he marriage to Lapham?
