The Newberry Library in Chicago has a typed record of the Sweets that went to Chicago. It is many pages long. When I was there the limit of copies you could request was 50 and I believe that it exceeded that. The call number is FE7 S9752. Copies were 25 cents a page. Hope this helps if you were looking at the Chicago branch. The part I copied went back to 1790. Chris

Mike, I can help you we are distant cousins, 4th cousins twice removed (because you have 2 more generations on you side than I have on mine.) George P. (md. Lucy Ann Dunn or Lucy Aver Dunn) was a brother to my great great grandmother, Catherine Sweet. I have to run and get ready for work, but I will give you more info later. I didn't have who Sarah Virginia Sweet married, so that is good. I have some old Bible records, the Sweets go back from Trenton, Mercer, NJ to Farmington, Hartford county, Conn. but I haven't been able to hook them up with all the other New England Sweets yet.
