Searching for the Sweeney branch from County Cork. John Sweeney(dob circa 1837-dod circa 1931) in Yonkers, New York. He married Mary Shayne. Only known children were Eugene V. Sweeney (born 1860 in West Farms, NYC and dod 1938 in Yonkers); and Thomas (born 1867 and died 1892). Eugene V. Sweeney married Mary Moynihan from County Kerry.
