Hi I hope I made it on the SWEENEY mail list. Anyway I'll give it a try. I am looking for info on my Grandfather Michael SWEENEY, b.Sep 1849 in Ireland (would like to know where), came to the US in 1865 and began working in Washington DC in 1867. I'm trying to work back to the ship he came over on and the place he was born. Big order I know. Mike
