Still searching for Edmund McSweeney who lived in St. Louis, Missouri from about 1860 until his death in 1869. I don't know his age or birth place but he was born in Ireland. I believe he married Ellen Moran in St. Louis. They had one son named Miles McSweeney (who may have used the name Jerry) who was born in St. Louis around 1861. I believe he died in New York around 1910-1915 and worked for a newspaper or some type of publisher. Ellen Moran McSweeney moved to New York City in the 1890s. Miles married Ellen Scollard who died in 1894. Some of Miles' children were placed in an orphanage in Little Falls NY or in a St. Louis convent/orphanage. Ken
