I'm searching for the origin of Benjamin Sweeney who left a will in Franklin Co VA in 1823. It named wife Elizabeth and kids Joel, Jonathan Ann and Rebecca Moore. He lived near an Edmond Sweeney, who owned land in Henry Co VA before Franklin was formed from part of Henry (1786), but I cannot connect the two; Ed did not leave any of his land to Benjamin that I could find.
