Ortsnamnsregistret (Sw. placename index) has no "Bammar", but plenty of places named "Hammar", including one in Ytterlännäs parish. http://www.sofi.se/ortnamnsregistret // Bo Johansson

    3. Bo when I looked at the typed register in the front of the HFL it listed Bammar not Hammar. Although when I looked at the written name by the priest it does look like the H is a fancy B. The same thing with the name from which they are moving from in the moving out record. Thanks for the correction.Sorry about my mistake.
