I suspect the remark on line 14 actually continues from line 13 where here brother Edmund Salomon Theofilus requests permission to emigrate (needed because he is of military age), this is granted 26 Feb 1896. The other brother Rudolf Ernst Julius moves down on the page 1893. // Bo Johansson
