    3. This is the estate inventory for Jonas Andersson Nolgården, who was buried (begraft) 29 Dec 1782. Does this say he died the 28th December? (His son married Catharina Larsdotter.) I see the son Anders Jonasson and a daughter Catharina Jonasdotter, but I don't see a wife mentioned on this page. Image 11 mentions Annica Carlsdotter, who was the mother of his children. Had she already died? Who was Lars Jonasson on this last page? Thank you. Annette

Year 1783 the tenth January was conducted lawful and proper estate inventory after my with death departed husband the 28th December, Jonas Andersson, in the crown farm Nolgården Skiörstorp in Hångsdahla "giäld" ("pastorat"?), and "wart(?) efter härav Belägt" (was by this concerned??) who, together with surviving heirs the under-age son Anders Jonasson 8 years [old] the and under-age girl Kattarina Jonasdotter on her tenth year for whom is suggested to as guardians be confirmed the men Lars Andersson in Brunsgården Kiälvenned (Kälvene parish?) and Bengt Andersson in Ödegården Skiörstorp, all present together with the undersigned evaluators, and was found [to be] as follows(?), namely: The wife isn't named here, but the inventory is after "my husband", so she is the "voice" of the text. On the last page she writes: Thus have I according to 9th chapter 1. paragraph... and then signed as Annica Karlsdotter AKD Then the three "inventory conductors"/evaluators have signed. I guess they were not closely related, unless the Bengt Andersson is the same as the one appointed guardian for one of the children. The guardians were usually close relatives of the dead spouse, for example a brother. Notice that their farm was a "Krono-hemman", that is a tenant farm on crown land (government-owned land), so it was only leased and is not recorded as part of the estate. // Bo Johansson
