He was registered in the Malmö sjömanshus (~seamens registry), and was moved to the missing persons book 1914(?) (as number 245?). It seems it means page 245 (line 22) in the missing persons book, Malmö Sankt Johannes AIII:1 (1909-1929) Image 2220 / page 245 (AID: v265822.b2220.s245, NAD: SE/MSA/00617). Both "Malmö sjömanshus" and his conscription information are crossed out, so he was probably no longer known to the "sjömanshus".
