Wonder if the sub parish might be something like Grana Kjell. Very difficult to read, and Bo could be correct about Kapell. But I detect an s after the second word and think that it might mean sogn/socken. Have looked through lists of parishes for all of Norway's counties and the only names I see are Grane in Nordland (but it's a municipality) and Gran in Oppland. Both seem far from Tåsjö, but something to go on I guess. Would be nice to see a second record with these details.
