EMIBAS has 57 men named Carl/Karl born in July 1862 and emigrating 1880-1883. None with surname Stenholm, but he might have taken that name after emigrating. There was one Carl/Karl Stenholm emigrating 1880-1883, a Carl Fredrik Stenholm emigrating 1881-08-04 from Askersund, but he was born 1852-12-26. But EMIBAS is not complete, and people leaving without giving proper notice can be missing in EMIBAS. EMIHAMN has the above Carl Fredrik (as C F STENHOLM emigrating 1881-04-15 to MUSKEGOON), and a CARL J STENHOLM emigrating 1881-09-23 from Stockholm, but he was 29 years old (born 1851/1852). Swedish Census 1880 has no Carl/Karl Stenholm born 1860-1864, but there are two Carl/Karl living with a father with surname Stenholm.
