I'm sorry, but that's the best I can figure out. Sundberg could be Lundberg, but comparing the capital S and L in other entries, I think it may be Sundberg. [Change it if my guess is wrong!] You really need someone fluent in Swedish to transcribe and translate this. Thanks Bo, that's most helpful and it's all I need for this record. I'm starting to question whether this Jöns LIND, a soldier, is the same Jöns LIND in my previous post. He turned out to be a merchant from Malmö. There don't appear to be any HFL records for Farstorp prior to 1813, though there is a population register for 1742 to 1830. If that's a forerunner to the HFL then I'll look through it for the family.
