Hello, The actual page number is 702. Elias Stenbom died Dec 24, 1798. Just after the date is the word that looks like Matersvennen. The closest thing I find is on SweGGate. They have a Mastersven = Master smith's assistant. (sven = helper). Is that what his record is? Thanks Steve
I think I have finally found the birth records for my ancestors Olof Olofsson (image 94/ page 90 No. 4) and Maria Samuelsdotter (image 97/ page 93 No. 4). Would someone please help me with these two birth records. It looks like they may have been born in the same place. Thank you. Annette
I need help reading the second death record for Nils Jan Ludvigssons wife from Bleckbruket. Her age should be 73 (the HFL Tysslinge AI:10 (1796-1800) Image 205/ Page 200 said she was born in 1725 and died in 1798), but I am not sure what the other numbers are. Was the date of death Nov. 5 and her burial Nov 11? What is 26? Thank you for your help. Annette
Again I thank you, Bo. I appreciate your help. I wish they had given the mother's name, but I do believe that this is the child I was looking for. GID 2126.1.46600 Hello, On the above record in the line of Johan Nystrom is the word “bedräglig”. Google translate has several possible meanings some of which are fraudulent or deceptive. Is there a way to determine the context of the word? Thank you Steve Peterson
I think the first entry is my ancestor's brother, Samuel, son of Olof Olofson and Maria Samuelsdotter. Does this record give the mother's name and a location? Pehr Johan Faberman was a witness for another of this couple's chiildren and I see Samuelsdotter as a name of one of the witnesses. Thank you. Annette

Thank you so much, Martin and Bo. I never would have guessed "Stockholm" as that Inflyttning Orten, but I can see it now that I know what it is supposed to be. I have trouble with abbreviations, and I never know whether they are Swedish or Latin. The last birth on the right side, Apr. 1, is the only Maria I found born to an Olof in 1759. The mother is Maria Samuelsdotter, which was the name of the wife in the HFL I just asked about. (Tys. AI:8 (1786-1790) Image 188/ page 181) The handwriting for this birth entry is beyond my ability. Can anyone read it? Does it tell the father's position and where they lived? Thank you. Annette
I am looking at the family of Jonas Aspling and his wife Maria Olosdt. They married in 1789 and he came from p 185. Does it say that she is the same person as Maria Olsdr at the top of this page? If so, she is listed as Dott Maria Olsdr, but the head of that family is Nils Johan so he can't be her father. Where does it say she moved in from? Thank you. Annette
