All I have is Vernon Dale Sweatt b. ? p. ? married Nancy Jane Romans in 1919-1920 in West planins or Pottersville, MO. They had one child Alfred Hobert Sweatt 6 Jul. 1921 in Pottersville, Mo. He then married Fanny ? in the Fifty-Six, Arkansas area in about 1922-1923 maybe. Yhey had 8 children I think. I know Vernon is dead and some of his sons too. I have no other info. Seems like I seen something about a John Sweatt that married a Crews from Dexter, MO.

We are the descendents of Henry W. Sweat born abt 1832. His parents were William K. Sweat born 1812 and Susan Ann Coward. Henry W. son's were Henry Boseman, Cornelius, William Birch, Lawrence, John Murray, and John Henry. A sister was Caroline. I am a descendent from John Murray Sweat born abt 1854. Here's what I have.. My GGGrandfather Calvin McKenney Married a half white, half indian. Her name was Nancy Sweatt. According to my GGrandmothers death cert and family records. We have very little info on her. Also My Grandfather married an african american named Roxie Sweatt. Most relatives were mulatto or full black. The only info I have on Nancy is that she was from Tenn. was born abt. 1831. She married Benjamin Frank Carson and bore my Grandfather george Lucian Carson.
