I have found an old receipt in some things and I'm not sure what it is for. It must be some type of lodge or club type thing. It says "State Council of Virginia, Jr. O.U.A.M. There are two seals. One says The General Executive Board, Jr. O.U.A.M. Organized Dec 7, 1910 United We Stand, Divided We Fall The other one says, State Council Of Virginia, Jr. O.U.A.M. Instituted Oct 21, 1885, Incorp. Feb 17, 1900. Virtue, Liberty, & Patriotism It says..."Official receipt and order for password of the State Councils of New Jersey, New York, Virginia, District of Columbia, Jr. O.U.A.M. and Pennsylvania F.P.A.
