Hello. Help! I am searching for info on Elbert (R?) JACKSON, who is my great-grandfather. I cannot find access to the 1880 census for Russell County, VA. online. He married Willie Broyles in Union, Monroe County, West Virginia on August 8, 1902; the marriage record only lists his age as 23 and that his birthplace is Russell County, VA. I would Greatly appreciate any tips as to how to proceed or ANY info on this man. I sincerely thank you.
