Just make sure you do what you intended. -sysop I am not a lawyer and if my interptation is wrong please correct me..I understand that a person could buy a land warrant or receive a warrant for military service..and these warrants could be sold to another person whereupon the assignee of the warrant could select land and have it surveyed by the county surveyor. He could then present the survey and receive a deed for the land.. I understand that many who fought in the Rev. War received military land warrants and sold, or assigned them to others.. G.
