Eddie, Out of curiosty..I looked at page 1 of my cencus 1860 Washington Co VA...If you look at LITCHFIELD George V 60 m SADDLER 35000 20000 VA I think George may have had $350.00 and $200.00 I personally don't think his real est and personal real est were that much with him being a saddler....I noticed all through the book that there are lots of people that looked like they lots of money..What do you think....maybe no decimal point ??/ anyone else have any ideas..another example..
