A newspaper bulletin I found about my Ggrandfather. Abingdon Va. July 7 1938 funeral services for Charles T Webb 74 farmer, who died suddenly late yesterday at his home at Greendale,will be held at Brumley Gap church saturday at 2;30 p.m., in charge of the services Rev.Dan Graham and Rev. Wampler. Surviving Mr Webb are his widow,and six childern. Edgar Webb of Holston,Mrs Pearl White, Mrs Mamie Pendleton and Mrs Martha Davis of Bristol and Mary and Lou Thomas Webb of Greendale. One half brother Frank Atwell of Holston and 20 grandchildern, also survive. Pall bearers were Stuart Lilley,Ed McCroskey, Curtis Warren,Scott Atwell Alvin Atwell, Walker Leonard. Flower bearers, were Juanita Webb, Dorothy Pendleton, Ruth Davis, Mary Davis, Audrey Widener,Ernestine White, Ruby McCroskey,Fay Cunningham. Hope this will help someone with all these Names.
