im doing research on the hayton side of my family.they are from the saltville and plasterco area of washington county virginia.im looking for information on a thomas hayton that married a mary hudson.i know that mary died sept.1,1892 i found this in the death book at the washington county courthouse.but i can find no other records on them.thomas is in the 1900 census and list living with a richard goose.thomas and mary had a son named william born in 1863 in saltville.william married a ellen johnson in 1888 in johnson county tennessee.i have a copy of williams funeral record and it list his parents as thomas hayton and mary hudson.just cant seem to find anything on thomas hayton and mary hudson.what i have shows thomas parents as champ and esther hettie hayton.thomas has several brothers and sisters one brother is named harvey litchfield hayton and ive found information on him but nothing on my thomasany help would be appreciated.thanks for your time.ive founded the name hayton spelled several ways Thanks Paul Pendergrass
