From Glade Spring exit (exit 29), go to Hwy 11 and then east for about a mile turning south on Rt. 714. About a mile and just before crossing the Middle Fork of the Holston River, go east up the river a little less than a mile. The spring is still there , still ebbing and flowing, the church is gone and most of the cemetery. About all left to mark the site is a stone in a pasture erected by Old Glade Presbyterian Church marking the site. The spring almost runs dry, then runs bold and vice versa , thus ebbing. >List, > > ><< Ebbing and Sinking Springs >Presbyterian congregations in Fincastle, Virginia>> > > Does anyone know where these churches were??
