Jeff Weaver has a page on this at www.ls.net/~newriver/draper1.htm The Kentucky Archives' Kentucky History Room has The Draper Catalog and microfilm of the records. The Catalog is a book rather like an chronological index. A neat feature is that it gives a few lines or a descriptive paragraph of what the docoment actually is. I was able to trace an ancestor through several counties and learn what he was doing there without having to go to the microfilms. I would bet the catalog is in most genealogical libraries.
