Hi all, I have really enjoyed all the talk about leather britches and feather beds and how about pickled beans my favorate. Without the stories about the times and the lives of the people, genealogy is nothing but a name and a date. I had forgotten about my grandmothers beans until ya'll started talking about them and all the old memories came flooding in.
