after listening to all this talk I feel like I must have been a Prince. Can't remember not having my own room and full size bed (which I still have and use), born and raised in the big city of Charleston, WV, youngest of 3 boys -- 8 years younger than the closest so almost like an only child.. food I remember and long for that my grandmother made ocassionally ... spoon bread and brown betty and hard sauce..
