I just uploaded the disallowed claims digests for SC, TN, and TX (and two for VA who were on the last TX page-one of which is from Washington county). I have 38 pages of VA to scan to complete the 1872 claims, however, they likely will not be up for a month or so due to my being in Dallas for a couple of weeks of training. NOTE: 3 pages are sorta of messed up: 155, 176 & 177. I will be attempting to get new copies tomorrow unless the defect is found within the film. While in Dallas, I will be using the Dallas Public Library to do research in the evenings as well as the National Archives on Saturday week. The DPL has mostly genealogy records but they do have a lot of microfilm. I will definitely be looking through their Compiled Service Records of Confederate Troops from TX and TX Confederate Pension Applications to find details on a few of my HARDISONs who left God's country (NC) for the Devil's Front Porch <grin>.
