On An Indictment for feloniously taking a white horse the property of James King-Carr, whereupon the prisoner being sat at the Bar and it being demanded of him whether he was guilty or not guilty of the felony aforesaid answered he was in no wise guilty. Whereupon divers witnesses being sworn and examined touching the felonies aforesaid and the prisoner heard in his defence it is the opinion of the Court that the prisoner is guilty of stealing Bell and it is ordered that he be bound unto the next Court.
