Hello all, I recently received copies of two letters written in 1899 by my gg-grandmother Caroline Moore Hager Lambert, wife of Stephen Lambert. She headed the letters SNAPPS, Va. Does anyone have any idea where that would be? The family mostly lived in the Thompson Valley, Liberty, Knob areas of Tazewell Co, near the Smyth Co border. Any and all help will be appreciated.
