Daniel Helt Will In the name of God, Amen. I Daniel Helt Sr. being of full age and perfect mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. 1st I desire that all my just debts and any funeral expenses be paid out of any property which my executor hereafter to be named shall think the most proper and the least injurious to my estate. 2nd I give and bequeath to my son, John all my plantation and all my stock horses. cattle, sheep, and hogs and all my farming utensils, household and kitchen furniture. 3rd I give and bequeath to my daughter, Betty Musier, fifty two dollars to be paid to her by my son, John in seven years after my death in some good trade to be valued by interested person. 4th I give and bequeath to my daughter, Polly Felty the sum of fifty two dollars to be paid to her at any time after my death in a ? of hand executed to my son, John for a horse which was an advancement made to her on 24th of Dec. 1832. I concieve she is not entitled to anything more of my estate. 5th I give and bequeath to my daughter, Sally Underwood fifty two dollars to be paid to her in seven years after my death by my son, John in some good trade to be valued by certain interested persons. 6th Having given and bequeath to my son John all my real and personal property I require of him a good and decent maintenance for me and my wife Christina during our natural lives. 7th I do hereby contract and appoint Thomas Atkins sole executor of my last will and testement hereby ? all other and former wills by me I therefore made and do establish this to be my last will and testement.
