From Wythe Co Deed Book 10, pg 481: "This indenture made this eighteenth day of November eighteen hundred twenty-six between James Davis, Hiram Davis, Isaac Davis, Abraham Davis, Archibald Davis heirs of William Davis deed of the one part and John Lambert of the county of Tazewell and the state of Virginia of the other part". I am looking for any possible descendents of the above Davises. William Davis's wife was Priscilla unknown. Earliest deed for William is May 4,1790 where he bought land "containing two hundred acres and joining the land the said Davis now lives" from Henry Harmon and wife Nancy on Walker's Creek, Wythe Co.
