My great-grandfather, George Sutton, was born in Dundrum?, Ireland (abt. 1850?). Some time before 1877 he moved to Barrow-in-furness, Lancashire, England. George married Maria Curtis June 28 1877, and in 1881 they can be found living at 97 Dalton rd., Barrow-in-furness, with their daug. Catherine. George had a brother, Daniel, who also left Ireland to live in Barrow-in-furness. Daniel was married to Kate, and in 1881they were living in Barrow-in-furness with their 6 children, all of whom were born in Ireland. (The LDS CD set of the 1881 British census incorrectly lists Daniel as Samuel). I'd love to hear from anyone who might have any information pertaining to the above families. Thanks you. Anne.
