Note: No mention of other family names in this obituary. Note: Casey House is an AIDS related hospice. - - -* * *- - - SUTTON, Joan Emily - Passed away peacefully on April 28, 2002 after a short illness. Born in London, England in 1929 Joan emigrated to Canada in 1967 and retired from the Hudson's Bay Company in 1994. She then volunteered at Casey House for 5 years. Joan will be remembered fondly by friends in Canada and abroad. Very special thanks to the 6th floor palliative care staff of the Toronto Grace Hospital. A memorial service will take place at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home and Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St. (at Wellesley), on Saturday, May at 11 a.m. in Joan's memory, donations may be made to Toronto Grace Hospital Palliative Care Unit, 650, Church St., Toronto, M4Y 2G5.
