Published in the Virginia Beach, FL - Virginian-Pilot June 3, 06 Valville Lynn "Poop" Sutton Jr., 91, of the 900 block of Baillio Drive, died May 31, 2006. Mr. Sutton was born in Richmond, Va., the son of the late Valville and Florence Kuper Sutton and was the widower of Mary Parker Sutton. He retired from the U.S. Navy, the civil service and Abners Hardware. He is survived by two daughters, Lynn Flippen of Wilmington, N.C., and Susan Fiore of Virginia Beach; a son, Tipton Sutton of Knotts Island, N.C.; one brother, George Sutton; and two sisters, Florence Matthews and Emma Lou Sutton, all of Richmond; seven grandchildren, Keith Flippen, Jenny Connolly, Jamie Fiore, Brandi Fiore, Holly Fiore, Shane Sutton and Aaron Sutton; and two great-grandchildren, Taryn Connolly and Havana Campbell. A graveside service will be held Monday at 12:30 p.m. at Princess Anne Memorial Park by the Rev. Robert Cameron. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at H.D.
