    3. All: I am looking for ancestral proof of decendancy. I have the names and dates of my ancestors, but I am looking for the 'proofs' in order to qualify for membership in the Military Order of the Stars and Bars. The known genealogy is this; it is available from the LDS Website: My g-g-grandfather was Joseph Ratikin Sutton, who married my g-g-grandmother Mary Minerva Cox. I have a copy (albeit very poor) of the Family Bible marriage and birth pages. (Anyone know where this Bible is?) (By the way, my g-grandfather W.T Sutton and his brother Joseph Martin all served in the Confederacy. I have copies of their CSA service records I would be glad to share via e-mail if anyone wants. Please e-mail me separately at banjopicker66 at hotmail dot com.) Mary Minerva's younger brother was Nicholas Nichols Cox. Their parents were Caleb and Nancey Cox. Nicholas Cox served as a Colonel in the CSA, commanding the 10th Tennesse cavalry. The crux: I am looking for 'proof' that Nicholas and Mary were siblings. I would like to obtain records showing 1. Marriage of Caleb and Nancey 2. Births of Mary and Nicholas Can anyone help? I remain In His Service, For the Cause John M. Sutton Is he a fool who gives up what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose? (cf Mt 16:25,26) Deo Vindice _________________________________________________________________ FREE pop-up blocking with the new MSN Toolbar – get it now! http://toolbar.msn.click-url.com/go/onm00200415ave/direct/01/
