Published in the Bloomsburg, PA - Press Enterprise 1992-4-15 William B. "General" Sutton, 62, Sutton Road, Lehman, died Monday at the Mercy Hosptial, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Lehman, he was the son of Elizabeth Wilcox Sutton, Lehman and the later Bert Sutton. He was a lifelong resident of Lehman. He was an Army veteran of the Korena War. Mr. Sutton was employed as a foreman for the Pennsylvania Departmetn of Transportation for eight years, and was a truck driver for Willaim McCarroll Pre-Cast Cement, Lehman, for 20 years, retiring one year ago. He was a past member of VFW Post 203, Kingston, and the Lehman Township School Authority. He was a charter member and past chaplain of the Korean War Veterns of Wyoming Valley and the Korean War Awareness Project, Berwick. In addition, he was a Scout leader of Lehman Pack 241. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, the former Geraldine Eustice, with whom he celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary in March; two sons: Dale, Lehman, and Wayne, Middletown; two daughters: Linza Skopic, Harveys Lake, and Cindy Sutton, Lehman; and seven grandchildren. Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, corner of Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with the Rev. Daniel J. Fabricatore, Community Church, Dalls, officiating.
