Published in the Medford, OR - Mail Tribune May 17, 2002 Adaline E. Walker The funeral for Adaline E. Walker will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Chapel in Medford. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park's Crown Point Garden. Mrs. Walker, 84, of Hillsboro, formerly of Medford, died Wednesday (May 15, 2002) at her home. She was born Jan. 2, 1918, in Thornton, Idaho, to Roy and Eunice Sutton. On Sept. 8, 1935, in Burns, she married Kenneth Walker, who died in 1992. Mrs. Walker was a homemaker. She worked in the shipyards in Portland during World War II. She enjoyed fishing, painting, spending time with her family, and was known as the best grandmother and cook around. Survivors include a son, Kenneth, Medford; a duaghter, Darla Rowe, Hillsboro; a sister, Madge Heman; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
