I am a Sutton researcher also and if I give you info, I believe you should know to check that and get it verified before posting it any where. I have found so many mistakes and have emailed a lot of folks that has really goofed the info telling them that isn't right. I also think if you put it online you should at least give the person credit for giving you the info and then look for other info to prove that what you are posting is true beyond a shadow of doubt, and if there is doubt then say so. I don't want to go to ancestry or roots web and find a screwed up mess. I am also researching my Mom's side of the family and a lady sent me her file. Would you believe that she had taken her info from a book, word by word not asking permission. Are telling where the info came from, no verified info. No census, just a book word by word.
