Published in the Gaffney, SC - Ledger September 15, 2004 Hazel Horne Sutton Member, Tate Memorial Hazel Horne Sutton, 78, of 279 Conly Road, Pacolet, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004, at 3932 Pacolet Highway. A native of Cherokee County, she was the widow of Charles Dennis Sutton and daughter of the late James Furman Horne and the late Matilda Stack Horne. She was retired from a shirt factory and was a member of Tate Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Aaron Whitlock of Pacolet; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister Carolyn Smith of Pacolet; a brother Gene Horne of Pacolet. She was preceded in death by a son James Richard Whitlock. The family is at 3932 Pacolet Highway. Arrangements are incomplete. Shuford Hatcher Funeral Home is in charge. Danny Clemmer Clemmer.org
