Sarah and Maria, you mentioned Abraham and Mary Chenoweth Sutton's daughter Mary in recent Sutton List postings. Abraham Sutton's Bible gives his family as: Joanna, born May 23, 1761. Ann, born February 18, 1763. Mary, born August 30, 1764. David, born March 15, 1766. Sarah, born September 12, 1767. Mary married David Frazee as his second wife. He left a Last Will and Testament when he died, June 23, 1789, (Pennsylvania Archives, Vol. 1, Wills, page 101) and in it he named his daughter Phoebe from his first marriage, his second wife (Mary Sutton) and the four children from his second marriage: Sarah, David, Mary, and Ann. The five children were still very young, and on May 3, 1791, two guardians were appointed for them: Abraham Sutton, grandfather of four of them, and Philip Hewit (Washington County, Pennsylvania Orphans Court Docket A, page 89). I know nothing more of Mary Sutton Frazee's daughters Sarah and Mary. Her son David, born July 1, 1782, married his first cousin once removed Catherine Sutton Cooper as her second husband.
