Published in the Modesto, CA - Bee Sep 2, 2004 Cecil B. Sutton Jan. 3, 1917 -- Aug. 22, 2004 Cecil B. Sutton, 87, of Lathrop died Aug. 22 at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. Mr. Sutton was a native of Texas and had lived in Lathrop 46 years. He is survived by his wife, Elsie Lee Sutton of Lathrop; children, Charles Wayne Sutton of Lathrop and Mike Sutton of Stockton; and eight grandchildren.
