Published in the Rochester, IL -Times 2002-4-18 Helen Isabelle Balster, 66, of Springfield died Saturday, April 13 at St. John's Hospice. Born in Bethany August 21, 1935, she was the daughter of Murrell and Mary Goetz Sutton. She married Gene Balster in 1955 in Petersburg. Surviving are her husband, Gene; four sons, Greg Balster of Palm Desert, Calif., David (wife Sue) Balster of Springfield, Thomas (wife Dayla) and Robert (wife, Kelley) Balster, both of Chatham; seven grandchildren; mother, Mary Sutton of Petersburg; and a brother, Wayne Sutton of Normal. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 16 at Petersburg United methodist Church with Rev. Bob Shook officiating.
