Published in the Janesville, WI - Gazette April 20, 2002 Stark, Jacqueline Olea Jan. 24, 1938 - April 18, 2002 JANESVILLE--Jacqueline Olea Stark, age 64, of 2504 Dartmouth Dr., died at her home on Thursday, April 18, 2002, surrounded by her family, following a courageous 15-year battle with cancer. Jacqueline was born in Janesville on Jan. 24, 1938, the daughter of John J. and Olea J. (Bysted) Gramke. She graduated from Janesville Senior High School. She was married June 24, 1958, to Richard C. Stark. Jackie owned and operated J. O. Stark Tax Accounting Inc. since 1970 and Pro* Council, Inc. since 1996. She had been a Brownie Girl Scout leader, P.T.A. president at Madison Elementary School, Faith Lutheran Church Sunday school teacher and finance committee chair, and St. Peter's Lutheran Church treasurer. She was enrolled to practice before the I.R.S. and licensed by the Security Exchange Commission as an investment advisor. Jacqueline was a member of First Lutheran Church, Janesville Home & Garden Club, Rock County Tax Professionals, National Association of Tax Practitioners, and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Surviving are her husband, Richard C. Stark of Janesville; 1 son, Richard C. (Stacie) Stark of Saukville; 2 daughters, Constance O. (Glen) Gregerson and their 2 children, Nicholas and Mary of Evansville, and Cynthia J. (Thomas) Philipps and their 2 children, Rachel and Madeline of Janesville; and 2 sisters, Beatrice (Charles) Niles and Joan (Paul) Wilson, both of Janesville. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her brother, Charles (Priscilla) Gramke of Janesville/Florida. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2002 at FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH with Rev. James Melvin officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME, 1010 N. Wright Rd., Janesville.
