Published in the High Point, NC - Enterprise 2001-7-15 Albert Sutton Sr. GREENSBORO - Albert Franklin Sutton Sr., 93, died July 14, 2001, after a remarkable and fruitful life on earth. He now rests joyfully in the presence of the Lord. A native of Guilford County, he was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Eulalia Sutton, and a son, Walter Wayne Sutton. He is survived by his son, Al Sutton Jr., and his wife, Hilda, of High Point; two daughters, Fay S. Brantley and Kay S. Tolbert of Greensboro; a daughter-in-law, Cristine Sutton of Greensboro; a sister, Katie Louise Wyrick of Baltimore, Md.; four grandchildren, Sharon Sutton of High Point, Robert Tolbert Jr. and his wife, Beverly, of Kernersville, Chris Parr and his wife, Julie, of Greensboro, Lorie Tolbert of Greensboro; three great-granddaughters, Kayla and Emilie Tolbert, Grayson Parr; and many loving nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be 3 p.m. Monday at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 7-9 tonight at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home N. Elm Street Chapel and at other times at the residence of Kay Tolbert, 3124 Sedgefield Gate Road, Greensboro.
