Sheilds-B 1829 in Scotland-don't know if before or after coming to Ontario. She birthed 5 children Jlon W. in 1859--James 1860--Mary 1862 b: in Detroit--Anna-b 1864 and Eliz 1867-all but Mary were born in Ontario. The first I can find of Wm w/children is in 1880 Chicago census. I believe she died after birth of Eliz. but can find nothing beyond the above-Any help is appreciated.
