I think he was Sergant E ? in the army between 1960 till 1962 at this time at the Spangdahlem Airbase in germany. (556th Ordinance Detachment-Nike Hercules missile )It also can be that he only was there from end of 1961 till beginning 1962. Is here someone who was the same time at the base, perhaps know him?
