Wesley H was born about 1815 in Kentucky moved to Illinois then to Missouri he married Elizabeth in 1845 Macon County, Mo. found him 1840 census, 1860 census and 1870 census in Macon Co.,Mo. But I don't know where he was between 1845 and 1860. He might have went back to Illinois. Because one of his daughters got married in Scott Co. Illinois in 1865, Lucinda to David Mikel.
