Published in the Springfield IL - State Journal-Register 2002-7-19 GIRARD - Judy A. Sutton, 60, of Girard died Thursday, July 18, 2002, at St. John's Hospital. She was born May 21, 1942, in Girard, the daughter of Vernie C. and Hester C. White Sutton. Miss Sutton was a nursing assistant at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City for 30 years, retiring in 1998. She also worked at Primary Children's Hosptial in Salt Lake City for seven years. She had attended First Baptist Church in Girard and was a member of Girard Senior Citizens. Survivors: parents, Vernie and Hester Sutton of Girard; a brother, Howard (wife Priscilla) Sutton of Crossville, Tenn.; five nieces and nephews; and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
